A Case of Successful Pregnancy Following Plasmapheresis in a Women with Warm Alloan tibodies

Abstract
Plsmapheresis is a process in which blood is withdrawn from the body and cellular portions separated from the plasma, resuspended in a new solution, and replaced into the body. It has been used for a variety of conditions. Now, plasmapheresis in
the
obstetric patient has involved alloimmunization. Maternal antibodies to fetal rcd-ceell antigens are removed, thereby decreasing the severity of the disease. With plasmapheresis, the authors successfully treated a woman with warm alloantibodies
who
had
experienced four times repeated pregnancy loss.
To remove warm alloantibodies, 20 times of plasmapheresis was implemehted from 7weel's gestatopm to 35 week's gestation during fifth pregnaney. This therapy resulted in a reduction in the titer of warm alloantibodies, and the patient was
delivered
of a
viable male infant after 37 week's gestation, The management and outcome indicated that recurrent abortion presumbly due to warm alloantibodies can be successfully treated with plasmapheresis.
